SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket at launch complex 39A where NASA used to launch the Space Shuttles up until July 8.2011. SpaceX spent the past could of years remodeling the historical launch pad for use with their Falcon 9 and Falcon 9 heavy rockets. The Falcon 9 rocket will blast off from the historical launch complex Sunday at 9:38 am after a scrub a day earlier only 13 seconds before lift off.

Here is a statement put out by SpaceX “Standing down to take a closer look at an engine actuator on the second stage. 9:38am ET tomorrow is our next earliest launch opportunity.”
